Christian Leadership

We seek to Develop Christian Military Leaders for the 21st Century because leadership makes a difference. Our focus is on the emerging military leaders attending US universities and military academies. We also train leaders in operational locations…ships, flight lines, foxholes and at special venues such as Gettysburg.

We train leaders through a lifetime of continuing spiritual development so that they might truly lead like Jesus… so that they might be servant leaders… so they might make a difference as Christian military leaders for the thousands of people that will serve under them.

• More than 54,000 cadets and midshipmen attend military academies and ROTC programs.
• Military Ministry Campus staff and volunteers currently run ministry centers at four locations:
  • Texas A&M, College Station, Texas
  • The Citadel, Charleston, South Carolina
  • US Air Force Academy, Colorado Springs, Colorado
  • US Naval Academy, Annapolis, Maryland
• Military Ministry Valor staff and volunteers connect with ROTC programs at nearly 100 campuses.
• Our Gettysburg Leadership Conferences for men and women teaches key spiritual leadership principles in the clear light of the Civil War battle.
• We provide resources and training for 200+ staff and volunteers at installations around the world.
