Your Church Information Kit will include two of each of the following: Faith & Hope booklet, Faith & Hope brochure, Introduction to Military Ministry DVD (including the Bridges to Healing video), Church Guide for Ministering to the Military, Combat Trauma Healing Manual flyer, and Resources Order Form. Rapid Deployment Kit (RDK) information will be included on request.
